ABOUT US

Ginger Wings was founded and launched in 2022 by two chef friends Jack Blumenthal and Leigh Jones. It didn’t take long to become the talk of the town with their unique menu, quirky brand and their ability to bring a whole new dynamic to the area. Serving multi-award winning wings, strips, burgers and sides, they are the only chicken shop in the area with a waiting list. Ginger Wings is based inside the Crafty Taproom (Marlow High Street) which serves a range of locally sourced craft beers, fine wines and craft liquors. Tables can be reserved below.

When we first launched Ginger Wings at the Crafty taproom, we had no idea of what the future had in store for us. We have taken our knowledge and experience in the culinary world and put it all into something as simple as fried chicken, and we only have our amazing customers to thank.

Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We wouldn’t have an abundance of festivals lined up every summer, no trophies on the wall and no bums on seats.

Thank you all for being part of this incredible adventure with us, it’s only going to grow from here!

We’d also like to shout out to Daddy Phil, who we like to annoy every day and all our amazing staff.

Drumsheds

As the first dedicated culture space of its scale, Drumsheds loves to do things a little bit differently. The multi-level venue, which was once a former IKEA warehouse, is now home to some of London’s biggest events, hosting up to a whopping 15,000 ravers. Find us fuelling the good time goers in the food court every Saturday from the 2nd of March till the 6th of April.
